"Ipshopy", "Website", or "App"). Ipshopy
facilitates the sale and purchase of products and services
("Products") listed and sold on the Website. The term
("User" or "Users" or "you" or "your")
refers to any individual who uses, accesses, or browses the Website and/or
purchases the Products.

leading logistics service providers to handle your order efficiently and ensure

make all commercially reasonable endeavors to ensure timely delivery of
Products to you.
2. Applicability of Policy
2.1. By using Ipshopy and/or initiating a request to purchase

3. Terms of Shipping and Delivery
3.1. We partner with third-party logistics service providers to
facilitate Product shipping and delivery to you ("Logistics
Partners"). We shall provide the details of the Logistics Partner
responsible for processing the shipping and delivery of any Product(s)
purchased by you on the Website at the time such Product is processed and
handed over to the Logistics Partner by us. Products are typically dispatched
within 2 to 4 days of receiving the Order on Ipshopy and Will be Delivered within 7-8 Days in All Our The India. We notify users of the
estimated delivery timeline at the time of order confirmation. We also share
order details via email and/or mobile number provided by you/registered with
us. While we usually engage Logistics Partners for Product delivery, we reserve
the right to ship and deliver Products on our own without involving any
Logistics Partners or third-party service providers. We may determine select
areas as unserviceable for delivery, and we or our Logistics Partners do not
provide shipping and delivery services in such areas. Users will be notified of
unserviceable areas when placing orders on the Website.
3.2. To ensure timely delivery, we may collect specific
information like your name, shipping address, billing address, contact details,
etc. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information to
enable successful delivery. We shall not be liable for any failure in
delivering Products due to incorrect information provided by you.
3.3. We attempt to deliver Products to your designated address
within the estimated delivery timeline. If you are unavailable to accept the
delivery, our Logistics Partners will make a maximum of three (3) delivery
attempts. If unsuccessful after the third attempt, we reserve the right to
cancel the order and deduct shipping charges for refunds.
3.4. While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due
to logistics issues, weather conditions, political disruptions, acts of God, or
unforeseeable circumstances. We shall make reasonable attempts to inform you of
any delays, but we disclaim liability for failure to notify or compensate for
delays.
3.5. We engage Logistics Partners, employees, and agents with
high standards of professionalism. However, we shall not be liable for any acts
or omissions of delivery personnel. Any disputes with delivery personnel must
be resolved independently by you.
3.6. Once an order is placed, we process it and hand over the
Product to our Logistics Partner. You will receive a unique tracking identity
number to track delivery status. We coordinate with Logistics Partners to
ensure timely delivery, but we do not guarantee tracking accuracy.
3.7. We reserve the right to charge shipping fees, which may
vary based on factors like Product value, type, and delivery area. Shipping
fees are non-refundable unless a defective or incorrect Product has been
delivered.
3.8. Return of purchased Products is facilitated through our
reverse-Logistics Partners. Returns are processed in accordance with our
Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
