3. PAYMENT PROCESS

3.1 CHECKOUT FLOW

• Step 1: Add products to your cart
• Step 2: Proceed to checkout
• Step 3: Enter or confirm delivery address
• Step 4: Review Order summary (products, quantities, prices, shipping charges, taxes)
• Step 5: Select payment method
• Step 6: Complete payment
• Step 7: Receive Order confirmation

3.2 PAYMENT COMPLETION

3.2.1 For online payments (prepaid Orders):

• You will be redirected to a secure payment page
• Complete authentication (OTP, PIN, biometric as applicable)
• Upon successful payment, you will be redirected back to the Platform
• Order confirmation will be displayed and sent via email/SMS

3.2.2 For COD Orders:

• Order is placed without immediate payment
• Payment is collected at the time of delivery

3.3 PAYMENT TIMING

• 3.3.1 For prepaid Orders, your payment method is charged immediately upon successful transaction.
• 3.3.2 Order processing begins only after payment confirmation.

3.4 PAYMENT RECEIPT

• 3.4.1 Upon successful payment, you will receive:
• On-screen Order confirmation
• Email confirmation with Order details
• SMS notification (if opted in)
• 3.4.2 Payment receipts and invoices can be accessed from "My Orders" section after Order dispatch.

4. PAYMENT SECURITY

4.1 SECURE TRANSACTIONS

• All online payments are processed through secure, industry-standard payment gateways.
• Our payment partners are PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant.
• All sensitive payment data is encrypted using SSL/TLS encryption technology.

4.2 DATA WE DO NOT STORE

• The Company does NOT store complete credit/debit card numbers.
• We do NOT store CVV/CVC security codes.
• We do NOT store payment PINs or passwords.

4.3 DATA WE MAY STORE

• Masked card numbers (last 4 digits only) for reference purposes.
• Card type and issuing bank for display purposes.
• UPI IDs with your consent for faster checkout.
• Transaction IDs and payment references.

4.4 TWO-FACTOR AUTHENTICATION

• As mandated by RBI, online card transactions require two-factor authentication (OTP, etc.).
• UPI transactions require UPI PIN.

4.5 FRAUD PROTECTION

• We employ fraud detection systems to identify and prevent suspicious transactions.
• Unusual payment patterns may trigger additional verification.
• The Company reserves the right to cancel Orders suspected of fraud.

4.6 YOUR RESPONSIBILITY

• Never share your payment credentials (card numbers, CVV, OTP, UPI PIN) with anyone.

• Report any unauthorized transactions immediately.

5. PRICING AND CURRENCY

5.1 CURRENCY

• All prices on the Platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR/₹).
• International cards will be charged in INR; currency conversion rates and fees are determined by your card issuer.

5.2 PRICE DISPLAY

• Product prices displayed are set by individual Sellers.
• Prices include applicable Goods and Services Tax (GST) unless otherwise stated.
• Additional charges (shipping, COD, handling) are displayed separately in the cart and checkout.

5.3 PRICE CHANGES

• Prices may change without prior notice.
• The price applicable to your Order is the price displayed at the time of Order placement and payment.
• Price changes after Order confirmation do not affect existing Orders.

5.4 PRICING ERRORS

• In case of pricing errors due to technical glitches, typographical mistakes, or incorrect Seller input:
• We reserve the right to cancel the Order
• You will be notified and refunded in full
• We may offer the correct price for your consideration
