Basically using the Fitfix agility ladder for my evening practice, and it's pretty good. The cones are also nice, they stay put in the wind. Build quality is decent, though I feel the ladder could be a bit longer for some advanced drills. Overall, for the price, it's kaafi useful for both kids and adults who want to improve their agility.
