I've been using these smiley balls for a couple of weeks now, and they're pretty good for relieving stress, especially during work breaks. The foam quality is alright, not too cheap but could be a bit sturdier. Kids also enjoy squeezing them, so it's fun for the whole family. Just wish they came in more colors.
