I've been using these acupressure clips for a couple of weeks now, and they do help with my stress a bit. Build quality is okay, feels decent in hand but not super premium. They are easy to use while sitting at home or even during work. Just wish they came in different sizes, as sometimes they feel a bit tight. Overall, not bad for the price!
